Gardening and Yoga Retreat | March 15-18, 2018

Grow your own ……

A new retreat with a purpose — to get more local food growing, help combat climate change and create a more sustainable life!

More and more people are looking to home gardening as a way to cut food costs and “beef” up their own health. With GMO’s and Monsanto’s nasty record, this is becoming increasingly important.

Along with your yoga practice, learn from Mentor Gardeners and play in Paradise Found’s garden to discover your abilities as your own food supplier.Bring your questions and get a basic understanding of the possibilities of home gardening; from seed saving to harvesting. On a plot or in a pot.

Please note this retreat offers one inside yoga class per day (instead of two) that will be geared towards healing the gardener’s body. As well as mini-yoga breaks while outdoors.
