General Info:

Can I see a retreat schedule?

Our retreat schedules can change depending on the season and the type of retreat we are having. At your orientation, when we learn your personal preferences and intended involvement, we create a final guideline.

For a brief outline see “What to expect on your retreat” Click Here

How do I register?

We ask that you choose which room you’d prefer and complete the secure guest registration form online. This will give us health and personal preference information that is destroyed once you leave. It is completely confidential and will not be shared with anyone. We’ll let you know the final price (ie if you are qualify for a group or early booking discount) including gst.

How much does the retreat cost?

The cost of the retreat is dependent on which room you choose and the duration of the retreat. It may be possible to add a day or two before or after the retreat and have a B&B option. Please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate you at our space or help find an alternate solution.

How do I pay?

To confirm your reservation, you can pay via cheque, email money transfer (if you bank with CIBC, RBC, TD, BMO or Scotia) or we’ll send you a Paypal.com payment request via email.

Paypal.com is a secure and safe online payment service. When you receive the email fill out your payment information through your Paypal, bank or visa account.

Cheques are payable to:

M. Davis & Associates Capital Inc.

If you use online banking, click on the link that allows you to send payments via email money transfer. Generally, you’ll follow your bank’s prompts and supply a password that we’ll input on our end. Send us an email with that password answer and we will then send a receipt for the amount received.

Can I use my credit card over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to receive credit card payments over the phone. However you are welcome to use your credit card through Paypal.com.

Getting there

Which is the closest airport?

Victoria (YYJ) is the closest airport and it would be best to catch the ferry if you arrive via YYJ. However, if you arrive earlier, you can visit our Capitol and catch a float plane from the harbour. These seaplanes depart from Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle and land in down town Ganges on Salt Spring Island. From YVR (Vancouver), the float plane connection is by far the quickest, easiest, not to mention the most scenic way to get to us. From Seattle, you definately save border crossing times in the hours.

How else can I get to you?

From Victoria International Airport it is a 15 minute taxi ride to Swartz Bay. From there you take the ferry to Fulford Harbor (approx. 35 minutes).

Coming from Vancouver you can catch a ferry from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (outside of Vancouver), and you will transfer in Swartz Bay to arrive in Fulford Harbor on Salt Spring.

Do I need to bring my own vehicle?

We provide on-island transport and will pick you up when you arrive on Salt Spring, so please let us know when and where you will be arriving. If you want to bring your own vehicle you are welcome to, but it is unnecessary.
